 YARN
 Ash wool yarn, 100% Norwegian wool from
 Hillesvåg Wool Factory, 100 g = approx. 315 m
 Yarn consumption:
 200 (250) 250 (300) 300 g charcoal grey no. 6056 = colour 1.
 350 (350) 400 (400) 450 g unbleached white no. 6057 = color 2.
 100 (100) 100 (150) 150 g cognac no. 6140 = color 3.
 PINS
 Circular needles and double pointed needles size 2.5 and 3 (possibly size 3.5 if you are using a tight knit pattern).
 KNITTING TENSION
 24 sts in pattern on needles size 3/3.5 = 10 cm in width.
 24 sts in stocking st on needle size 3 mm = 10 cm in width.
 ACCESSORIES
 10 small buttons that match the jacket.
 NB! Read through the entire pattern as several things happen at once. Also read the comments to the diagrams. Knit any patterned sections on needles size 3 or 3.5 if you are tight when knitting patterned stitches. Knit a test piece.
